The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Zaragoza, making it easy to explore all the main spots, restaurants, and shopping areas. The beautifully decorated location enhances the overall experience. While the dining options are sufficient, the price is quite reasonable for what is offered.

The room assigned to me was located right across the elevator, which was not ideal in terms of brightness. However, the bedroom itself was nicely furnished, providing a comfortable stay.

The service received was a mix of experiences. While some staff members were rather rude, others were exceptionally helpful in recommending nightlife and food locations. Eventually, a staff member sorted out the Wi-Fi connection issues, which was greatly appreciated.

The hotel's location couldn't have been better for exploring Zaragoza in a limited time frame. It's central to all attractions except the aquarium, offering convenience and accessibility to all the key spots in the city.

The dining experience provided plenty of fruit and water refills, and the breakfast spread, though a bit basic, was more than adequate for the price charged per day.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with magnificent chandeliers and is a little hard to find but right in the heart of old town, just a few blocks from the amazing cathedral. The rooms had air conditioning, but unfortunately, it was not working during our stay. The service was friendly and helpful, especially in sorting out the wifi connection issues. The location is central to all attractions except the aquarium. The dining experience was convenient but not worth the price. Overall, a good choice for staying in the center of Zaragoza.
